All Information and Stories Listed Come From A Place Of Truth For Me. It Took Me Years To Accept Certain Ideas and Truths As Part Of Who I Am. I Questioned Everything Every Step Of The Way. How Can I Discern What Is Truth For Me?
There Are Two Methods I Have For Discerning Truth. Both Were Taught To Me By Spirit.
* Ask Yourself...Is The Idea Being Offered From A Place Of Love, Harmony and Peace? If So, I Keep The Door Open and Ask Spirit To Show Me Affirmations So That I May Feel It's Truth For Myself. It Does Not Become My Truth Until I FEEL It. This Is Why It Becomes Important To Trust Yourself and Your Body. I Know When It Feels Right...Completely. If You Are Not Sure...Then Wait.
If You Notice That The Idea Is Being Offered From A Place Of Fear or Lack or Distrust...Close The Door. It's Not For You. Even If They Say Negative Things and Then Lead You To A Light Filled Sentence....It Is Fear Based. The Information Is Not Of The Highest Level Of Light. (Example Of Fear Statement...Destruction Is All Around. You Can Be Safe If You blah, blah, blah.) If You Are Only Following Their Words For Fear Of The Destruction...It Is Not Of Light.
* When You Are Confused and It Is Difficult To Recognize What Is Light. LET GO! Don't Focus On It Anymore. Just Ask Spirit To Show You This Situation From The Highest Perspective. Amazingly, Everything Seems Different. You See A New Way To View The Situation. You Need Not Be Psychic For This To Work. Just Trust. Your Angels and Guides Will Work With You In Perfect Harmony To Bring You Understanding In A Way That Is Designed Just For You. Just Open Your Heart and Mind To Receive The Messages. It Will Not Always Be What You Expect...But It Will Always Be Shown From A Place Of Love.
